Another reason for investing in these reusable bags was to support a great local store that has a lot of creativity and spunk. For me, this is the other part of sustainability. Seconds on Bent St. is definitely worth checking out if you haven’t been to it. The owner (Sarah I think) is a very nice and interesting Taoseno that I’ve enjoyed chatting with a couple times. No more ziplock bags from Walmart for me!

Those look cool. My lunch ‘box’ is made of recycled juice containers. Maggie got me one after we some in a store in Toronto. They are online too bazurabags.com/

That sounds cool. When I was in elementary school, I had a lunch box made of recycled steel and it had the journey of a steel can who gets recycled on it as a cartoon. As a kid it didn’t make me very cool. I must have been ahead of my time. čÖé
